Refunds and Returns Policy – SAM Enterprises Ltd

At SAM Enterprises Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Whether you are purchasing industrial equipment through SAM LTD or enrolling in a leadership program at CFPL, we want to ensure a fair and transparent process for all returns and refunds.

1. General Return Requirements

Before any return can be processed, it must be validated and authorized by the seller.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@sam-enterprises.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Physical Products (SAM LTD)

Due to the technical nature and various characteristics of our industrial and marine products, the following conditions apply:

  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.

  • Validation Process: Once your request is submitted, our technical team will review the product’s “specific characteristics” to determine the return eligibility.

  • Exclusions: Custom-ordered parts, heavy machinery already installed, or specialized marine components may be subject to a restocking fee or may be ineligible for return if they were specifically sourced for your project.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

As per our shipping terms:

  • Customer Responsibility: All return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

  • Carrier Selection: You may use our standard partners (DHL, UPS, or FedEx) or your own preferred shipping agency if you hold an account with them.

  • Insurance: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Professional Services & Training (CFPL)

For training modules and leadership coaching:

  • Cancellations: If you cancel your enrollment more than 7 days before the start of the session, a full refund (minus a small administrative fee) will be issued.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are eligible for a 50% refund or a credit for a future session.

  • No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for “no-shows” or cancellations made after the session has commenced.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will email you to let you know we have received your returned item.

  2. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (or via bank transfer) within 10 to 15 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In these specific cases, SAM Enterprises Ltd will coordinate the replacement or repair and cover the associated logistics costs.
